About Me

My name is Martha McDougall, and I am a licensed massage therapist. I studied massage at Mind Body Institute in Traverse City, Michigan. Wanting to bring more spiritual connection to my work, I traveled to Maui, Hawaii, for a monthlong immersion into Hawaiian body work. I learned Lomi Lomi and hot stone massage, and how to approach bodywork from an ancient Hawaiian perspective.

With my training, I enjoy helping clients tap into both inner and outer healing - whether their goals are an overall de-stressing, or physical recovery, or simply relaxing from a long day at work.
